Construction underway on City Place multifamily development

​​​CONROE – D’Agostino Cos. has broken ground on The Reserve at City Place, a garden-style apartment complex in the 65-acre City Place mixed-use development. 

The community will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 949 sf.

Units will feature nine-ft ceilings, wood-style flooring, stone countertops, tile backsplashes, custom 42-inch cabinets, under-cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washers and dryers. 

Amenities will include a resort-style pool, outdoor dining and entertainment areas, and a clubhouse with a fitness center and social area.

Meeks + Partners is the architect, Blazer Building is the general contractor, and Greystar will be property manager. 

The complex will open in January 2020.
