HOUSTON – Hartman Income REIT has purchased Ashford on the Bayou, a 126,811-sf office building on 2.5 acres at 1001 S. Dairy Ashford Rd.
The five-story property is currently 55 percent leased after undergoing renovations to offer 26,000-sf average floorplates and a seven-story parking garage.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, RPD Catalyst LLC, and procured the buyer.
