Coworking calling CityLine home

​​RICHARDSON – Common Desk will open a 31,500-sf shared office center this fall in the 3400 at CityLine building at Renner Rd. and US 75.

This will be the company’s eighth North Texas location.

Major tenants in the 313,000-sf CityLine building include DXC Technology, Generational Group, and AT&T Services’ advertising analytics group, Xandr.​

The building is owned by a venture of Transwestern Development, a fund advised by UBS Asset Management, and Malouf Interests.
