PEARLAND – Energy Rental Solutions has broken ground on a 40,000-sf mixed-use development in the Rice Drier Commerce Park.
The 12-acre facility at Rice Drier Rd. and SH 35 will have office and warehouse space.
Approximately 55 employees, including executive management, sales, operations, administrative, service technicians, and warehouse personnel, will work there.
