The iconic 1.85 million-sf Main St. office tower, completed in 1985, is outlined with miles of green lights. 

It has been owned by Chicago-based Metropolis Investment Holdings since 1998.

Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the property.

The building is about 70 percent leased to major tenants including Bank of America; Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal; and Compass Professional Health.
