​​FORT WORTH – KT&G USA Corp. has leased 72,800 sf in the new Fossil Creek Crossing development at 5501 Sandshell Dr. for its U.S. headquarters and distribution center.

The Korea-based largest tobacco company, will build out a 2,200-sf headquarters office and a 70,600-sf distribution center in the facility. 

It will be fully operational in second quarter 2019.

The 213,089-sf Fossil Creek Crossing project, a Class A cross-dock warehouse, features 32-ft clear heights, sprinkler system, 44 dock-high doors, two drive-in bays, 130 parking spaces, and 30 truck stalls.
