SAN ANTONIO – Urbana SA Property LLC has acquired Urbana Apartments, a 204-unit multifamily community at 8506 Wakefield Dr.
The property has seven two-story buildings offering one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, and onsite laundry facilities.
Dougherty Mortgage arranged Fannie Mae acquisition financing for the deal.
