DALLAS – Tom Thumb will open its first urban store on April 5 in Uptown’s $350 million office, residential, and restaurant complex called The Union.
The grocery store is the third and final phase of the project.
Tom Thumb is also building a supermarket in the ground floor of the CityLights apartment tower on Live Oak just east of downtown.
