HOUSTON – Cam Integrated Solutions has signed a for 59,220-sf lease at 17000 Katy Fwy. in the Energy Corridor for its new headquarters.
The company, which provides engineering, procurement, and construction services to the oil and gas industry, currently operates at 11757 Katy Fwy.
Transwestern represented the tenant and negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Insite Realty Partners LP.
The 12-year-old, 175,000-sf building is within the 550-acre, master-planned Park Ten Office Park.
