FORT WORTH – Work will start soon on the four-story, 106-room Avid by InterContinental Hotel at 320 Samuels Ave.
The 50,000-sf hotel will include an indoor pool and an outdoor patio space.
It will be between the Smallwood Corporate Housing building and TownePlace Suites.
Construction will wrap up in 2020.
