BEDFORD – Arlington-based 180 Multifamily Capital has acquired Surrey Oaks, a 152-unit apartment community at 3001 Crystal Springs.
Built in 1983, the community is directly off SH 121 on the northeastern outskirts of Fort Worth.
The complex offers one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, tennis court, and onsite storage space.
The new owners will rebrand and renovate the property.
