SAN ANTONIO – The city has purchased 7.1 acres at 3830 Parkdale St. from Agora Assets.
The project, which is part of the city’s $20 million Neighborhood Improvements Bond program, will include the development of workforce housing.
Younger Partners represented the seller, which owned the property since 2015. Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the city.
