HOUSTON – Colony Industrial has sold a light industrial portfolio to Nuveen Real Estate for $136 million.
Five local buildings were included in the sale. Two are at 410 S. Trade Center. The other three are at 4023 Westhollow Pkwy. and 18207 and 18209 Chisholm Trail.
The deal included 18 buildings totaling 2.3 million sf in Atlanta, Dallas, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
CBRE National Partners represented the seller.
