East Texas Class A industrial property sells

​​​KILGORE – W. P. Carey Inc. purchased the Orgill Distribution Center, a 550,000-sf, Class A distribution facility, from Elysian Partners LLC.

Completed in 2007, the property sits on over 65 acres at 7001 Elder Lake Rd. just south of I-20. 

A nearly 329,000-sf expansion is expected to finish by mid-2019. 

​The property is triple net leased to Orgill, the world’s largest independent hardware distributor, and serves as its distribution center for Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and southern Arkansas.
