Logistics company catching Zs in DeSoto

​​​​DESOTO – LegendZ Way Distribution Solutions has leased 159,000 sf at 1240 Centre Park within Eagle Park 20/35 in southern Dallas County.

The Grand Prairie-based third-party logistics company provides warehousing, packaging, fulfillment, and transportation services. 

The new location will provide closer access to the Union Pacific intermodal system.

Rubicon Representation represented LegendZ Way, while Stream Realty Partners represented the property owner.

The Eagle 20/35 industrial park was developed in a joint venture between Ridgeline Property Group and Stockbridge Capital Group. It was sold to an institutional investor in late 2017.
