AUSTIN – Cypress Real Estate Advisors and Greenbelt Commercial LLC will develop Eastlake at Tillery, a 162,000-sf office project.
The two-building development will be at 3212 E. Cesar Chavez St. It will also have an above-ground parking garage.
Delineate Studios will design the project. Aquila Commercial is handling leasing.
The groundbreaking is slated for fall 2019. Completion is scheduled for 2020.
