​​​​HOUSTON –  Anna Dupree Terrace, a 151-unit seniors housing community at 10012 Cullen Blvd., has been purchased.

A renovation is set to wrap up in May 2020. When complete, the property will consist of 42 studio units, 102 one-bedroom units, and six two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a computer lab, beauty salon, and outdoor picnic areas. ​

The project will cost $23.8 million. Hunt Capital Partners has arranged a $7.2 million loan for the acquisition and renovation on behalf of an undisclosed borrower.
