Velocity TX speeds up, sets date for renovation

​​SAN ANTONIO – The Texas Research and Technology Foundation (TRTF) will begin work on its Velocity TX campus in February.

The company will renovate the Merchant Ice Complex at 1305 E Houston St. and transform the five-building cluster into 49,687 sf of office space.

Completion of the $4.5 million project is slated for February 2020.
