AUSTIN – Cielo Property Group has purchased an undeveloped downtown lot from the Episcopal Church.
The 13-parcel, 1.6-acre site is on Block 87, bound by Neches, Trinity, Seventh, and Eighth Streets.
Travis Central Appraisal District records show the full block is appraised at nearly $12.7 million.
Work will start on a mixed-use development on the land in January 2020.
