PROSPER – Grenadier Homes has formed a joint venture with Los Angeles-based Resmark Cos. to build the two new neighborhoods in the Windsong Ranch development on US 380.
The companies plan to build 198 homes in two separate locations, including:
88 attached one-story townhomes as part of a second phase of the Villas at Windsong Ranch; and
A line of 110 two-story townhomes.
Sales will begin this summer.
The $1.2 billion Windsong Ranch community has been under construction since 2013 and will eventually have more than 3,000 homes.
