SAN ANTONIO – The 384-unit Triomphe Apartments on the Northwest Side have been purchased buy Alabama-based B&M Management Company LLC.
The property, located at 11539 Huebner Rd. just north of I-10, was sold by The Carbon Cos. and Thompson Realty Capital, which built the complex as part of a joint venture in 2016.
The Triomphe Apartments feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom models, as well as townhouses, with sizes ranging from 600 to 1,505 sf.
Rents average $1,187 per month, or $1.39 per sf, according to Austin Investor Interests LLC.
