Next Legacy West building soon underway

​​PLANO – Developers of the $3 billion Legacy West project are shifting gears on their next building in the vacant block at the north end of the Legacy West Urban Village​ at Headquarters Dr. and Windrose Ave.

Construction on the six-story office, retail, and apartment building will start mid-January 2019.

Designed by Gensler architects, the project will include almost 87,000 sf of office space and more than 24,000 sf of ground-floor retail. There will also be a large parking garage.

On the west side of the building, facing Communications Pkwy., will be five stories of apartments—161 units.
