​​​Heights MercantileHOUSTON – Heights Mercantile, a 40,000-sf retail development at 7th St. between Heights Blvd. and Yale St., has been sold.

Developer Radom Capital sold the property and three other redevelopment projects to Asana Partners of Charlotte, N.C., according to Harris County property records.

The other properties Radom sold were the 11,000-sf Lowell St. Market at 718 W. 18th St., a small redeveloped building at 201 E. 20th St., and a washateria redevelopment at 420 E. 20th St.

Radom Capital will continue to manage and lease Heights Mercantile.
