PHOENIX, Ariz. – Two Texas cities ranked among the top 25 U.S. Growth Cities on U-Haul’s list.
Spring ranked second on the list, behind only Sacramento-Rosedale, Calif.; Manhattan, N.Y.; Harrisburg, Penn.; and Grand Rapids-Wyoming, Mich.
McKinney ranked 11th on the list, down from eighth in 2017.
The list is calculated by the net gain of one-way U-Haul trucks entering a city versus leaving that city during a calendar year.
Migration trends data are compiled from more than two million one-way U-Haul truck sharing transactions that occur annually.
U-Haul also recently released its 2018 top growth states list.
