FRISCO – Construction has topped out on the 25-story SkyHouse Frisco Stastion, the city’s tallest new building.
The apartment tower is being built on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway north of Warren Parkway as part of the $1.5 billion Frisco Station mixed-use development.
The 332-unit, luxury rental community will open in September 2019.
Novare Group, Batson-Cook Development Co., and Stockbridge Capital Group started construction in February. Balfour Beatty is the general contractor.
