The 150-acre transit-oriented project will eventually include three million sf of office space, 200 hotel rooms, 1,200 residential units, and 80,000 sf of restaurant, retail, and green space, in addition to a DART station. The development will also house the new headquarters of Pioneer Natural Resources. That ten-story, one million-sf tower will break ground in 2019 and deliver in first quarter 2020. The DART rail station is funded and scheduled to be ready when the Pioneer headquarters opens.
Gensler is the project architect, and Austin Commercial is the general contractor. The design team includes Duda | Paine Architects, HKS, and Corgan Associates.
