DALLAS – Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst is increasing its space in downtown’s 2100 Ross tower to more than 39,000 sf.
The 33-story tower—formerly San Jacinto Center—has been owned by a firm headed by businessman Thomas Dundon since 2015.
Other tenants include Prudential Insurance, Merrill Lynch, Alvarez & Marsal Holdings, and Dundon’s Lockton Cos.
