DALLAS – Civitas Capital Group is building an eight-story, 280-room hotel just west of Love Field.
The planned hotel will be dual branded as a Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn Hotels.
The development site is at the northwest corner of Mockingbird Ln. and Forest Park Rd., next door to the $200 million West Love mixed-use development.
Locally based BOKA Powell designed the hotel with separate retail buildings along the Mockingbird Ln. frontage.
