LANCASTER – Harrisburg, Penn.-based Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Inc. is building a huge regional distribution center in the Wintergreen Exchange business park.
Jones Development Co. will construct the 615,060-sf industrial project on 58 acres at the southwest corner of W. Wintergreen and N. Lancaster-Hutchins Roads.
Delivery is expected for late 2019.
