​​​​HOUSTON – Central Southwest Texas Development LLC (CSW) will develop a 1,311-unit self-storage facility at 10411 Westheimer Rd. off Beltway 8 in the Westchase neighborhood. 

The five-story, 132,350-sf property is expected to cost $16 million, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

JLL arranged construction financing.
