FRISCO – A 216-acre business park set to change hands and be developed by Blue Star Land remains on pace to close early next year.
Frisco Park 25 industrial park is under contract and will close January 15, 2019, Ron Patterson, president of the Frisco Economic Development Corp., said in an email reply to the Dallas Business Journal.
The contract for sale was approved by the Frisco Economic Development Board in August 2018.
Blue Star Land, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ real estate company, plans to build a 400,000-sf merchandising distribution and sales center for the NFL team on part of the property.
Blue Star also plans to continue construction on the unfinished industrial park.
