BRYAN – Roserock Capital Group has started construction on Phase 1 of the CamWest Crossing development.
A 61,000-sf Class A office building will be the first building at the development at 8872 Health Science Center Pkwy near SH 47.
The 45-acre development will have office and retail space.
Delivery is set for April 2019.
Oldham Goodwin Group LLC is marketing the project.
