NEW CANEY – Stratus Properties, in partnership with San Antonio-based H-E-B, has purchased 38 acres for $9.5 million.
The development will be anchored by the grocery store and 145,000 sf of retail space. Ten acres will be reserved for apartments.
Work is expected to start in three years.
