​​Rendering of the 24 Hour Fitness.HOUSTON – 24Hour Fitness has signed a 38,000-sf lease at CityPlace at Springwoods Village.

The two-story fitness center is set to deliver in 2019. It will have a lap pool, fitness areas, group exercise rooms, and locker rooms. 

A joint venture between Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate, and CDC Houston is the landlord.

CityPlace is a 60-acre, mixed-use development along the Grand Parkway corridor. It​ will include four million sf of Class A office space, 400,000 sf of retail space, a full-service Marriott hotel, and luxury multifamily projects.
