NEW YORK – Dodge Data & Analytics has released its September 2018 examination of construction start figures for the four metros in the "Texas Triangle."
Of the metros, only Austin experienced year-over-year increases across residential and nonresidential construction starts.
On a national basis, new construction starts decreased 5 percent.
"The pace of construction starts has clearly slowed over the past three months, following what was unsustainably high levels during May and June," stated Robert A. Murray, Dodge chief economist.
