CIBOLO – A senior-living community called The Brooks of Cibolo will be built along N Main St. a few miles south of I-35.
The development will feature 156 independent-living units, 54 assisted-living units and 24 memory-care beds.
Trepex Construction is developing the $17 million project. The
company expects to break ground in early November.
Civitas Senior Living will manage the property when it’s completed in early 2020.
