Frisco Station's Offices OneFRISCO – Planning and design consulting firm Kimley-Horn has inked a 32,349-sf lease to occupy the second floor of The Offices One at Frisco Station.

The building is within the 242-acre Frisco Station project at the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Pkwy.

More than 150 Kimley-Horn employees will work in the office, which has access to structured parking, a fitness center, and a conference center.

Frisco Station will also offer AT&T 5G technology, and the project within walking distance to The Hub at Frisco Station and The Star.

Kimley-Horn is serving as a civil engineer to The Offices Two at Frisco Station, which broke ground in September. It has also worked on The Star and the city’s comprehensive plan.
