Watercrest foreshadows March expansion

​​PEARLAND – Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch is adding an assisted-living and memory-care facility that could be ready for move-in as early as March 2019. 

The facility at 11745 Broadway St​. will have 68 assisted-living, 24 memory-care, and 29 extended-care units. 

Called the Landing at Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch, it will be the first property in the city to offer assisted-living on the same site as independent-living options.
