LUBBOCK – Georgia-based Dovetail Development has sold Wildwood of Lubbock to a private buyer.
The 1,005-bed, 294-unit student housing community is at 1701 N Quaker Ave. It comprises 25 buildings totaling 470,700 sf.
The community, which serves Texas Tech University, has the largest swimming pool in the city.
CBRE brokered the deal.
