SHAVANO PARK – MSL Investments has broken ground on a 75,000-sf medical office building along Lockhill Selma Rd. near North Loop 1604 East.
The three-story office is 100 percent leased to a group of local doctors, surgeons, and medical professionals operating as The National Joint Care Institute.
Delivery is expected by fourth quarter 2019. The surgical part of the facility will be ready by first quarter 2020.
