GEORGETOWN – The Georgetown City Council approved an infrastructure grant to help build a 98,000-sf retail and office development.
The $16 million Westinghouse Business Center will break ground this month on Westinghouse Rd. between FM 1460 and Mays St.
It will include facilities for offices, light manufacturing and research uses, and two retail buildings.
TIG Real Estate Services is developing the project.
