​​​​The exterior of Millennium Place.CORINTH​ – Nearly 500 new apartments and an expanded car dealership are in the works along I-35E.

Here’s a breakdown of three major projects underway in the area:

Millennium Place

  • The complex at 6651 S. I-35E will include retail space and high-end apartments. It will eventually have a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott at the property.

  • The first part of the project—a 112-unit apartment building—will open in November. 

  • The second building is set to open in January 2019 with about 130 units.

  • The hotel will break ground in November 2018, and will open in 2020.

  • Pinnacle Facility Engineering Inc. is developing the project.

Huffines Kia Subaru

  • The dealership's new location will sit on 14 acres along ​​I-35E between Corinth Pkwy. and Post Oak Dr.

  • The 52,000-sf facility is set to open by February 2019​.

Oxford at Lake View

  • This high-end apartment complex is at 3300 S. Garrison Rd., next to an Albertson’s.

  • The first phase of the project is open and includes 8,000 sf of retail space.

  • Oxford Enterprises is developing the project.
