• 32-ft clear-height ceilings,
  

• 48- by 52-ft column spacing with 60-ft speed bays,
  

• 44 nine-ft by ten-ft ​dock-high doors,
  

• four drive-in ramps with 14-ft by 16-ft overhead doors,
  

• a 135-ft truck court, and
