SPRING – Installed Building Products of Houston signed a 35,000-sf lease at the Old Town Spring Business Park at 27347 West Hardy Rd.
Giddy Up Development is the owner and developer of the four-building,196,000-sf office and warehouse asset.
Suite sizes range from 2,625 to 49,000 sf. An additional 13,125 sf has been preleased.
Buildings will be delivered at the end of 2019.
