Two’s company: New Frisco Station 210K-sf office coming

​​​​​​FRISCO – Missouri-based VanTrust Real Estate will begin construction this month on The Offices ​Two.

The 210,000-sf, six-story facility is the second of five planned mid-rise office buildings in the 242-acre Frisco Station project near the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Pkwy.

It will include structured parking, conference center, tenant lounge, and fitness center. It will be outfitted with AT&T’s 5G wireless technology. 

The facility is expected to deliver in September 2019. 

​Roughly 5.5 million sf of office space is planned at Frisco Station, and more than 2,400 residential options surrounded by 32 acres of parks and trails will be available​ at buildout.
