​​​​​​​​​​​The shops at Lincoln Heights sign.SAN ANTONIO – The H-E-B-anchored Shops at Lincoln Heights near Alamo Quarry Market has been sold to JMCR Lincoln Heights.

The 23-acre retail center at the corner of E. Basse Rd. and Broadway St. is home to tenants such as Stein Mart, Zoe’s Kitchen, and Torchy’s Tacos.

The Bexar County Appraisal District last assessed it at $45.9 million. The property’s value has skyrocketed in recent years, rising nearly 60 percent from its assessment of $28.9 million in 2015.​
