KINGWOOD – Dallas-based SWBC Real Estate has broken ground on The Royalton at Kingwood, a 331-unit multifamily community.
The Class A property will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across 15.9 acres.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, game room with community kitchen, a resident lounge, and a dog park.
Delivery is set for October 2019.
