DALLAS – DLA Piper, a London-based law firm, has leased two floors in Downtown’s new 1900 Pearl office tower overlooking Klyde Warren Park.
The firm, which currently has an office in the Comerica Bank Tower, leased 44,570 sf in the building with the option to expand its space.
The company joins law firms Baker McKenzie and Husch Blackwell LLP, Maverick Capital, and Steward Health as major tenants in Lincoln Property’s tower.
