LAREDO – CBRE has completed three logistics company leases totaling 336,665 sf.
Two undisclosed tenants will house distribution operations in a 240,837-sf location at 301 Vallecillo Rd., owned by Majestic Realty, and an 88,828-sf location at 8402 W. Bob Bullock Loop.
A third undisclosed tenant will use a 7,000-sf location at 13512 Mercury Dr. for truck maintenance and leasing.
“Laredo’s industrial market is about 1 percent vacant, leaving very few options for companies looking for space,” said Josh Aguilar of CBRE.
“There are no 100,000-sf or larger industrial vacancies in Laredo and no planned speculative development, either,” said Aguilar.
