300-unit project flowing into Spring

​​​​SPRING – Indianapolis-based Watermark Residential has purchased 15.5 acres near Spring Stuebner and Kuykendahl roads for a 300-unit suburban apartment project. 

The site is just south of the Grand Pkwy. between I-45 and US 249. The project will be part of a larger 30-acre development with retail and office space.​

This will be the developer’s tenth Houston-area complex.
